During our second visit to Kenya in January, 2007 we gave disposable cameras to the kids and asked them to give us a snapshot of their lives. They took us to places that we didn't go and described the photos from their hearts. They had never seen cameras like this before and enjoyed the experience of sharing their lives with us. -- Joyce Maier

"This is one of our relatives busy preparing dagga for sale. She is the wife to Mr. Samwel Owiti Silah. This is one of the types of our food we do take in our region. Dagga is being got from the lake. It is one of the types of fish in Lake Victoria."

"These are our children who are happy to be taken a snap. One is carrying a cat and this is his pet called Lucy. In front there is my dog who I really like most. It's called Soldier. The house behind is for my grandmother."
